Chapter 19

She nodded at the stranger friendly saying that the seat was not taken. Well at a symposium all are strangers, you are here to meet them and learn new things from them. The woman next to her had a heavy makeup on which still did not help hide the blemishes in her skin. She was a petite woman who looked thirty three but should be at least thirty five. Her petite figure and the heavy make up made her look younger. In another hour it was time for lunch and the session they will meet again by two in the afternoon.

The whole purpose of her visit for today’s afternoon session, something she wanted to learn, she had questions and concerns and was looking for some answers. She had a good lunch and was back to the hall and this time took a seat in the front right in front of the projector as it was being set up. She didn’t know who the presenter was, but have heard a lot about him from Chari and others. She was looking forward the session and was going through the agenda for the afternoon, which looked very interesting.

The room was packed with people; she wondered are they here for this guy or was she is her own world this morning? She was not sure. He was a little less than five-four, bald on the back of his head, and had a thin gold plated old fashioned glasses, probably point two; he had a white full arm shirt tucked in his black pant which couldn’t hold his tummy in. He was ten minutes early and made sure that his slides etc were ready; he took a seat waited to be introduced to start the presentation. She had expected him to be much older, based on what he heard from others she had expected to meet someone of age fifty to sixty.
