Chapter 109

She hardly noticed who he was and the rain made it more difficult. With some blind faith she took his offer and got into his car, took her drenched jacket off and started rubbing her hands and she was slowly warming up. She called roadside assistance and after a few minutes on hold and after some discussions and after they verified her membership number, they agreed to send a tow truck.

He gave her a few minutes alone in the car and opened the door, folder his umbrella and got in and she couldn’t believe her eyes, she couldn’t believe whom she had ran into again. When she has lost all her hope and in the worst possible situation, he shows up and changes everything upside down. She thought he mush be like a “Good Luck Charm” or something.

He was equally surprised to see her there and after a brief discussion, he turned the heater on high and went out and opened his trunk and picked up some cones and arranged them around her car and offered to wait outside the car for the tow truck to arrive. He suggested that his friend’s house is quiet close by and they can tow it there and she can spend the night at his sisters and they can take care of the rest the following day. It sounded like a good idea to her.

Chapter 108

She was wet, cold and stranded; the last car had also shattered her hope and had driven past by. There was no other vehicle in the vicinity and with a load of disappointment and frustration she got into the car not knowing what to do. A couple of minutes later she saw some light in the front and it was getting a bit closer and a ray of hope swept across her forehead.

She got down the car and tried to walked towards the light and when she got closer it was the car that had passed her by earlier and she was relieved that some one was human enough to help her out and waved at the driver in the car. The car came to a halt and someone stepped out, completely covered in a raincoat and holding an umbrella and she couldn’t say for sure it was a male of a female and the figure approached her.

She asked if she could borrow a cell phone and also mentioned that she has a flat tire and out of gas and brushed on the railing and has a dent which was nothing major. Looking at her, he walked closer and held out the umbrella so that she won’t get any more drenched than she already was and gave her his cell phone to make the call. She had not been running the engine in her car so she was cold and since he noticed that he asked her to sit in his car with the engine running so that she can warm up.

Chapter 107

He could hardly see the headlight of the car somewhere behind him. He turned on the radio and it was all about the weather and traffic, except that he had to wait for the advertisements in between. He heard the discussions between a couple of guys that they might declare a state of emergency if it gets worse and they were expecting it to get worse. He was glad that it was a long weekend and he would be there and there was no flood warning anywhere near his destination.

He expected that it would take at least half an hour more to get there. He wanted to call his sister to let her know that he is on his way, but he forgot his ear piece and decided it was not such a good idea to be on the phone in such a weather, cold, blinding rain and windy. He could neither see any other vehicle on the road, nor did he know if there were any.

He kept his eyes on the road and thought he saw something or someone, he was not sure. When he got a little closer he could see what looked like a car almost on the edge of the railing and someone was waving their hand. He knew he can’t break just yet and he has to be careful since he had a front wheel drive and he drove past the car on the shoulder.

Chapter 106

He wanted to get to his sisters before the rain. He had promised to stop by his friends for a night of poker after thanksgiving, since he was just ten minutes from his sisters. He didn’t bother to pack an extra pair of cloths, since he always had a extra pair at hers. He had vacuumed the inside of his car and decided the rain would take care of the outside. He was more familiar with the rain and had been so used to it walking in the streets of London, he always carried a raincoat and an umbrella with him and today he made sure he had it in his car.

It was not bad, it was cold and when the rain droplets touched his face they felt cold. He got into his car and was off to his sisters. If it doesn’t get worse he would be there on time, maybe everyone would be there before him, and he was not sure how many guests will be there today. He knew that it was some potluck kind of dinner, and in her house it was not a traditional American Thanksgiving, since his and her family is a mixture of people from all over the place. His brother in law’s mother is Japanese and father American, she half British and half Indian, somehow in all these mix he felt his niece picked up all the best features.

He was making good distance since it was not too bad and suddenly everything changed when he was getting closer to the highway and the visibility was close to none. He switched on his wipers to full speed and slowed down quiet a bit even though he had to merge and it was raining cats and dogs. He changed the settings inside to prevent fogging and luckily there wasn’t much traffic out there; Just A couple of cars here and there.

Chapter 105

She couldn’t believe the day she was having. She was almost out of gas, it was pouring cats and dogs and now this. She tried to get back to the road and didn’t have much luck, so tried to get to the curb and realized she had a flat tire. When you think the day couldn’t get any better it gets worse. She searched for her cell phone and realized she had left it at Chari’s.

She was completely stranded, in the middle of nowhere, well on the day of thanks giving, there was not a soul she could spot, even the busiest roads were deserted and it was pouring and she could hardly see anything. She stepped out pulling out her coat to see if she could spot a car. After ten minutes in the rain, actually freezing rain, she did spot one, but no luck, the car didn’t see her.

She knew she can’t leave her hood or trunk open and since it started freezing, she got back into the car and figured that it was hopeless. She did notice a couple of cars and neither of them stopped by. She was pretty upset and had given up all hope and the last car she was pretty sure, was not going to stop, still wanted to give it a shot, so got out and waved her hand with just a ray of hope since her watch indicated she had been sitting there for about two hours.

Chapter 104

It started to pour cats and dogs all of a sudden bringing her back to senses. She noticed that they had been announcing this on the radio; the announcer added that it was expected to get worse and someone was interrupting him asking questions about yesterdays prediction and he started explaining the change in the wind pattern and the topic was slowly shifting to Global warming.

She just happened to notice the light that had been blinking indicating that she needs some fuel to run. She didn’t know how many miles she can drive more and between the wipers tried to look at to see where she was; she was on the route to Pryag’s hospital; without realizing she had driven that route and she remembered there was no service area for the next ten miles. She knew she can drive between fifteen and twenty miles when the light goes on, but she hadn’t noticed when it had started blinking.

She wondered if she should pull over or take a chance and drive over to take the next exit and try to find a gas station. She didn’t know if any will be open considering it were thanks giving. She tried to pull over and maybe call someone and her car started skidding and she tried to manage it, realizing it was due to hydroplaning and her car came to a halt after brushing on the side railing.

Chapter 103

She got into the car and started the engine; it soared like an Arabian horse with elegance on the race track. She was good jockey, who knows her horse; she switched on the radio but paid no attention to it. She started to enjoy the ride, especially it was thanks giving and the road was empty and above all she was able to escape from Chari’s sister. She wondered how such a nice man like Chari could have such a terrible sister.

Every other minute her mind wondered what if the result were positive, her heart skipped a beat. What if she were pregnant, “She was screaming inside, oh my god, no, it can’t be, my job, my life, my career, I am not ready for this, my life will be totally ruined.” She didn’t want to think about it, she thought about getting it aborted, but Pryag wouldn’t let her. She knew if it were positive, he has a right to know. More than Pryag, she was worried about Chari’s wife.

Pryag had always been a positive thinker. Even when he found out, he had been optimistic about it, but that night, well she didn’t know for sure, but from her dream, which she strongly believe had surfaced from her subconscious, he was not optimistic, ever since he had been different, as if she belonged to him, she couldn’t point at what it was, but there was some change in him. She started to suspect if he had know this all along, or played her vulnerability to his advantage. Neither did she realize that she had passed the exit not how much gas was left.

Chapter 102

She realized she was hungry, not too hungry but sort of hungry. She needed something to eat, either way she had to eat, she didn’t know whether she was eating for two or not, she didn’t want to think about it right now. She decided she would worry when she has an answer. She stepped down and it seemed as if she was the last one to wake up and she felt a little embarrassed.

When Chari added that they were all waiting for her to eat, she blushed and apologized to keep everyone waiting, but Chari added that it was a pleasure to have lunch with her and she felt at ease. She nibbled on the food just to control her hunger and her mind was all about finding out the result. She wanted to get out of there as soon as possible.

Chari’s sister started asking about her business and all sorts of questions including when she was going to get married and complained to Chari that she is his responsibility. She even added that she has a son who was a doctor in California and maybe she should meet him and she felt like she was stuck in quick sand and had had enough. She wanted to get out of there, escape from the lady of nightmare.

Chapter 101

She woke up with a short of breath, sweating all over, as if she woke up from a nightmare. She was not sure if it were a dream or a nightmare. She knew what had happened, she had known all along, in her subconscious. She didn’t know if she should blame it all on the alcohol or on fate. Either way she felt estranged and isolated from herself, as if her whole world was falling apart.

She wanted to pretend that nothing had happened and her life will be the same. She wanted to hide under the bed and let the tornado pass by. She knew that is not possible and it is not in her nature to hide or run away. She knew she had to face this; she needs to know an answer. She sat there for about ten minutes and took deep breaths and felt a little calm. She got up and looked at the calendar. Her period was late, was late by ten days to be exact. She calculated for a regular cycle, there is a twelve day grace period, so I have two more days to go, there is hope.

She got up, went in and took a warm shower, dressed up and when she came out, she had a plan, not a plan for her future but a plan for the day. She knew what she has to do. She placed the small box into a Ziploc bag and secured it onto her bag. She looked at the time and it was already half past twelve. She heard some new voices coming from downstairs and she remembered Char’s sister was flying in from California to be here during Pryag’s surgery.

Chapter 100

When she was about to tie the knot on her robe, he had grabbed her hand, gently but firmly and the next thing she knew she was sitting next to him. He kissed her and she tried to pull away from him, but his grip was firm and as if reading her mind, he had let go of his grip, but gently kissing her fingers.

When she was about to retrieve her hand, his words had made it difficult. She was not sure what she had felt was pity, or something else it was just him. “There is something I want you to know, I love you, I always have and I always will. From the first time I met you, I have always had a feeling even though I didn’t know what it was, I know you were something special. I don’t know how long I am going to live, but if today were the last day of my life, I am thankful it was with you”.

She grabbed him and kissed him and told him that he is going to have a long life; he hugged her close and ran his hands on her back with a passionate kiss. Even though he ran his hands on the satin somehow it ignited a spark in him and he kissed her neck and ignoring her consciousness, slowly his passion started creeping into her skin.

Chapter 99

They had laughed so much that day and they hadn’t realized how much wine they have had. She had wanted to stop, but in order to give him company she had had more than enough that day. By the time the movie was over, she had realized that he had already fallen asleep on the couch. She didn’t know when he had fallen asleep; she had switched off the TV and had gone into her room to get him a blanket.

She had chosen to change her cloths and had felt too hot and had wanted to take a shower before getting into bed. When she was just about to get into the shower, she had heard him call out her name. Remembering she had come in to get him a blanket, had grabbed her robe and tied it over and had stepped out to cover him with a blanket.

He had moved into a corner of the sofa, which she extended into a bed and covered him with the blanket. She had run her hands through his hair and had turned around to get to her room. He reached for her and ended up holding an end of her baby pink satin robe’s tie and it fell to the ground unveiling her tender naked skin in the night light, she looked as if the moon had focused all its brightness on her.

Chapter 98

She decided that she was not going to think about that anymore and was almost done with her milk and she noticed a stain on her robe. She wondered how it got there since she hardly wore it and even if she did, it was just before going to bed. She tried to remember how those stain could have gotten there and what it could be. Retracing all the events in the past few days only brought up memories with Pryag’s sickness and the doctors visit.

Couple of times she had taken some special effort to make Pryag feel better. She had taken him to a nice restaurant once and he had enjoyed the day out and had fallen asleep on the way back home. She had called up Chari and he had come out and helped her in getting him out of the car. He falling asleep like that had happened more than a couple of times.

Once on their way back from his doctor’s visit, actually when the doctor had mentioned that it would be better to schedule the date for his surgery, he had been silent on their way back and asked to go to her home instead of his. They had discussed some work and that had brought is enthusiasm back. After that they had ordered some food and they had had some wine and had watched a movie, something he had chosen

Chapter 97

She knew he loved her and it was genuine and had been very open about that in the past few days. Her feelings for him had taken a much intense turn after she had found out about his illness. She had felt much closer to him, more affectionate and she didn’t know exactly how she felt about him. She knew she loved him, she had always had a soft corner for him, there was chemistry but she didn’t know if she was in love with him.

She couldn’t fall asleep. How much ever she tried not to think about the incident and ignored Pryag’s mother’s remark, it was bothering her. She had never thought about that possibility, the thought had never crossed her mind, it was not possible, how could it be she was not sexually active, so she was taken aback when Chari’s wife had asked the question. But now the question was raised, she was mad and angry at her for asking that question. It was so disturbing she couldn’t fall asleep.

She thought if she drank a glass of warm milk maybe that would help her fall asleep and grabbed her satin robe and walked down the stairs towards the kitchen. She switched on the recess light and opened the refrigerator and grabbed the milk can. She waited for the microwave to be done and grabbed the milk and leaned on the counter top and slowly started sipping her milk.

Chapter 96

She walked out as if nothing happened, smiled and kissed the anxious Chari in his cheek reassuring him it was nothing major. About ten minutes everyone gathered around the family room and Pryag was the one who came up the idea of playing some scrabble. Everyone felt full, but didn’t have the heart to turn him down and sat down for a game.

To everyone’s surprise, the game got interesting and the competition got fierce and as usual she was leading in her score. She had all forgotten about the conversation and was completely into the game and the room was filled with laughter. Char’s and his wife retired for the night when it was about eleven and after a couple of hours Pryag’s sister and his brother-in-law joined them.

The competition was quiet fierce and they played until she won and they decided to call it a day and go to bed. He made fun of her competitive nature and they both walked over to their rooms and he pulled her by her had and was about to kiss her on her lips, she delicately avoided him and his kiss landed on her left cheek followed by a good night. Instead of a good night, he remarked,” I hope you know how much I love you”.

Chapter 95

She sat there unable to believe what had happened in the last few minutes, unable to grasp the context and this was a totally new experience to her. She could have handled anything in terms of work and business and politics when thrown at her in the last minute, but this was out of her range, something like that coming from Chari’s wife, she couldn’t understand how such an idea could have even crossed her mind.

Well she and Pryag and she were always close, there was chemistry between them that had been there for years and it was no wonder that in his sickness that he had confided in her before breaking it to his parents. But, how did Chari’s wife come up with such an idea, a thought that sounded so ridiculous, she indeed got a little mad.

She didn’t know how to react, she was still in a bit of shock and at the same time she was mad at Chari’s wife for coming up with such a crazy idea, and her whole trail of thoughts were interrupted when someone knocked on the door. It was Chari and was quiet concerned. She replied that she will be out in just a few minutes and washed her face and try to get control of the situation.

Chapter 94

She felt a bad taste in her mouth and then she started throwing up. Slowly a pounding headache started to kick in. She cursed herself for not eating a proper lunch and let it go this far and she heard a knock on the door and she washed herself up and opened the door and it was Chari’s wife enquiring if she was alright.

Her face didn’t look alright, it looked pale and drained out and her eyes looked tired and Chari’s wife asked her if she could come in and without expecting a reply stepped in and closed the door behind her. Ran her hand on her forehead to make sure if she had a fever or not and stepped over to the linen closet and handed her a towel to wipe her face and freshen up.

Asked her how she felt and after listening to her symptoms asked Diya to have a seat and she sat on the edge of the bathtub. Chari’s wife started talking, “I like you a lot, so does everybody in this family, we consider you as one of us, especially in the past few days we have all noticed that, she stammered and continued, and you bring light into this house. If you are pregnant with Pryag’s child, she stammered again, walked closer to Diya, lifted her by her chin and said, you have made me the happiest person on earth” and kissed her on her forehead and left. Diya’s head was starting to spin and she started to feel like the walls were closing in on her.

Chapter 93

She wondered how come Chari’s wife could cook all these things, so traditional and tasty and never get tiered. She was hungry and the food smelled delicious, and she wondered how much fat and calories all the food on the table had. They all sat down to eat and the food was being passed around and everyone was helping themselves. Pryag was being pampered by everyone on the table and he seemed to be enjoying the attention.

Chari sat right opposite to her and occasionally gave a smile which expressed his gratitude. She looked at the grey haired man with the round face and wondered how worried he must be considering his sons condition and it occurred to her that he has to be watched closely, since he already had cholesterol and high blood pressure, passed on by his genes and under this stress, he might end up in a heart attach.

She indirectly indicated to Chari that he needs to watch what he was eating and all she got was a smile in return. She tasted almost everything, except for the ones that she knew were deep fried and that contains a lot of fat and that could add to her calories. She wanted to save some space for the cake she had brought but she felt a a little discomfort and excused herself from the table and went to the bathroom.

Chapter 92

It was quiet dark, when she got to Chari’s house. The weather was gloomy as if it was giving a warning how everyone inside were. She knew Chari and Pryag would be happy to see her. She felt even Chari’s wife would be happy, from the time she came to know her son was ill, she had been showering her with affection, its not that she was mean to her before or anything like that, she had always been nice to her, but now she felt a warmth from her that she hadn’t felt before.

She rang the bell and as if everyone in the house were expecting her, almost all of them were happy to see her and invited her in. She could see the change in Chari’s face, from tense to relax. Pryag kissed her on her cheek and took her by hand into the family room. His sister was there and greeted her. Once she was seated comfortably, Chari started discussing about business and the mood in the room began to ease and she could see Pryag sigh with relief.

They discussed for a while about politics, business and so many other topics, and everybody was involved including Pryag’s brother-in law. No one realized that it was almost time for dinner. She had picked up some dessert on her way, since she was not interested in cooking and didn’t want to spend time in the kitchen with Chari’s wife. She knew that was an alien territory.

Chapter 91

She finished up the things she wanted to do that day and called up Sara and apologized for not being to make it that day. She promised to meet with her sometime the following week and enquired about her family. She couldn’t help herself, but ask her if she was in touch with their old friends. They spoke about a few friends and she mentioned that she wanted to meet her son and husband and exchanged info about each other.

Both talked about their old crushes and how they are in life right now and their conversation went on for a while, until her cell phone rang and realized that she had lost track of time and ended the conversation with Sara, by inviting her over to her home. It was Pryag. She told him she was on her way out and gathered her belongings and walked out of the room.

In the mean time, Sara turned to her husband who just walked in, early closing since the day after was thanksgiving, kissed him on his lips. While he picked up their son above his head and played with him, she told him that Diya won’t be coming over today, and asked him if he was disappointed. He let his son down and gave a pat on his back indication to go play, pulled Sara over, hugged her and gave a strong kiss on her lips and said “She might have been my first love, but I am all yours now sweetheart”. “Oh John! I love you; she added and kissed him back.

Chapter 90

She was busy with her work as usual and it was already two in the afternoon. She was feeling hungry but didn’t feel like eating, just grabbed a granola bar and some juice which she always keeps in her office for emergencies. She was not sure if the granola was good or she was very hungry either way she felt better after finishing both and slowly one by one her employees wished her a happy weekend and was leaving for day.

She thought she would leave by three thirty or so, grabbing some gift on the way before visiting Sara and the thought of Sara, made her wonder how John and Arjun were. She went on to the internet to search on the site to find her classmates, she was curious and her trails of thoughts were interrupted when the phone rang. By the ring tone she knew it was Pryag. She ignored and let it go to the message, but it looked like he was determined to get her and in the end she gave in and picked it up.

He sounded frantic and desperate on the other end and she wondered why. “When are you coming?” was his first question. He ranted on, “It is like a war zone here, everyone is snapping at each other, everyone is tensed up and is driving me nuts. I thought of having a nice time with family before my surgery, but the pressure seems to be driving everybody nuts. Please, get over here as early as possible, I am going insane.” She was not left with much of a choice and agreed to be there in an hour.

Chapter 89

She wondered how different her teens were and the memories of last night brought a smile on her face. She went about her usual things for the day, her routine. She remembered that she had to meet Sara today evening; she wanted to get something for her son since she will be visiting her in her house but she didn’t know how old he was, she was not sure if he was four or five.

The road was almost empty. She tuned on to the radio to find out what was going on and it boomed with advertisements and the sales and today was Wednesday, the day before Thanks Giving, the most traveled day in the United States and no wonder the local roads were empty. She realized it was going to be tough to find a parking spot and get a present before visiting Sara. She had taken the local roads to get to the mall to grab a gift for Sara’s son, she had escaped the traffic, but getting a present and getting out of the mall was going to be a nightmare.

Today Mike and Lesa won’t be coming in to work. She knew she can’t get much done, but can count on the fact that she won’t be interrupted much. By the time she reached the mall it was already crowded, it was impossible to find a parking spot. After a couple of rounds, she decided to grab something during lunch and started towards to work avoiding the highways and expecting that she would be at least twenty minutes late.

Chapter 88

“Hey! You are still here”, she said with a smile. He gave her a small gift wrapped box, saying “Well I forgot to give your present, don’t open it here, and open it at home, ok”. She suspected that it was one of his pranks and retorted, “Is that so, you can keep your gift, I was being nice to you by inviting you”. He came closer and looked straight in the eye, “Just because you look so hot and I have difficulty taking my eyes of you doesn’t mean that you are off the hook”.

“Ditto”. It took her more than a second to realize what he had said and what she had replied. Her adrenaline had taken over and all she felt were his lips on hers and she didn’t push him away, nor she kissed him back and she just stood there watching him step out of the elevator when the door opened until someone asked her if she was going down. She smiled and was contemplating whether to step out where he was or to go down and was interrupted when a lady complemented on her dress.

When she stepped out he extended his hand to help her out and she graciously took it and walked with him and went in to change her cloths while he waited outside. When she was in her jeans, she couldn’t help but open his gift. She instantly liked it, a nice small heart pendant in sterling silver, with interchangeable heart shaped stones in five different colors. She smiled, changed the color of the heart to red to match the beading in her jean, sand asked him if he could help her wear it. They walked towards the elevator holding hands, she often touching the pendent, thinking the right present, “My First Kiss”.

Chapter 87

Everyone paired with someone and started to dance and Arjun was her dance partner. He looked very handsome in his tux. John was dancing with Patricia and Sara was dancing with her brother and the song was quiet melodious. The rhythm of the song began to change and they are changed partners every time the rhythm changed and it was all fun and the lights were dimmed for the next song and for the last time the partners were changed and John was her dance partner. The band started to play and now almost everyone in the club joined the floor.

John stared straight into her eyes and smiled. She reciprocated his gesture and asked him if he was having a nice time and he nodded with a smile. For the very first time, she actually noticed that he had green eyes and without realizing she stared at them. She felt his hands hold her him and realized the song now has a different momentum and went along letting him take the lead for a change. She liked his blonde hair; somehow she had never paid attention before. He had long nose, green eyes, blonde hair, and average height, smart and handsome.

Her trail of thought was broken by the lights and the applause for the band. She joined the others and it was time for everyone to leave. Her brother stayed with her until everyone left and her father went to take care of the payment and Sara and her brother helped loading the presents while she went to change into her jeans before leaving. She hoped onto the elevator to go change after picking up her bag from the car to go back up to change. It was just her in the elevator and when the door was just about to close John walked in.

Chapter 86

She picked out an outfit that would complement her complexion, which would leave an indelible imprint in the mind of every onlooker with a sweet heart neckline, delicate spaghetti stripes and lacing details at the back lending a celestial aura to the dress. It was an awe inspiring confection of nude with turquoise, adoring stoned studded embroidery details with a unique figure hugging slender silhouette and floor length skirt to keep looking at. The dress gave ruching effect with glittering beaded accents sparkling on the flowing fabric hangings trailing down to the floor. She wanted everybody to remember that day, her birthday.

She had worked some summer jobs and had saved some money since she knew her father wouldn’t agree to spend a lot for one dress for just one day. He never understood her style and he was a very simple man. Sara helped her with her hair and she took a last look in the mirror before leaving the house, she smiled at Sara with satisfaction. She knew she looked radiant, like a Hollywood star. She walked down the stairs and the look in her brother’s face. He didn’t complement her, but she knew he is going to watch over her like a dog. That satisfied her that this day will be remembered by everyone.

When she walked into the room, heads turned towards her and she was showered with compliments, exactly what she had expected and a concern in the form of a thin line on her father’s forehead. Everyone loved the band that she had picked. Everybody was enjoying themselves and Chari’s wife was taking care of the gifts. Sara came close to her and whispered something and after a few minutes she turned around and noticed that John was literally staring at her. She felt flattered, as if she had defeated the undefeated.

Chapter 85

She and John got into major trouble and were called to the principal’s office and both their parents had to show up and both were grounded for a week when she was fifteen. Their competitiveness got out of hand and ended up with the fire in the chemistry lab. To her surprise John was defending both of them, not just himself; he did not rag her out. She was surprised, she hadn’t spoken much that day, since she was upset and felt that it was an insult to be called to the principal’s office. Somehow John had convinced the principal to go easy on them, before their parents showed up.

She apologized to her dad and promised him that she will not do such a thing in the future and didn’t receive any capital punishment in-spite of her brother’s contribution. After a couple of days, she appreciated John for mellowing down their punishments. He just nodded and walked away, bit their rivalry still continued, but they just made sure that don’t get caught and they actually started to respect each others pranks.

She wanted a Sweet Sixteen Birthday party and after a tough fight with her dad she finally one with some compromises. She let her dad pick the location and the guest limit and the food and she would give the guest list and pick the band. She was not totally satisfied but was happy. She had all her classmates in her list and forced she knew not all of them will show up. Her father had rented a hall in one of the clubs and the band was a common band, since she chooses the day of her favorite band, even though they were not playing on the same day as her birthday and all the RSVP’ed friends showed up. Sara’s parents and Chari’s wife and her dad were there to keep an eye on everything.
