She couldn’t believe the day she was having. She was almost out of gas, it was pouring cats and dogs and now this. She tried to get back to the road and didn’t have much luck, so tried to get to the curb and realized she had a flat tire. When you think the day couldn’t get any better it gets worse. She was completely stranded, in the middle of nowhere, well on the day of thanks giving, there was not a soul she could spot, even the busiest roads were deserted and it was pouring and she could hardly see anything. She stepped out pulling out her coat to see if she could spot a car. After ten minutes in the rain, actually freezing rain, she did spot one, but no luck, the car didn’t see her.
She knew she can’t leave her hood or trunk open and since it started freezing, she got back into the car and figured that it was hopeless. She did notice a couple of cars and neither of them stopped by. She was pretty upset and had given up all hope and the last car she was pretty sure, was not going to stop, still wanted to give it a shot, so got out and waved her hand with just a ray of hope since her watch indicated she had been sitting there for about two hours.
