He leaned towards her and offered her a napkin to wipe her tears and later handed over a box of tissues. He knew she was in pain and he realized that she had bundled everything inside her heart and she needed to let it out. He felt bad, but knew he can’t do anything but give her a shoulder to cry. She wiped her tears and nodded and he pulled out of the parking lot and within fifteen minutes they were at his sister’s driveway. Looking at her face his sister realized that she was not in good shape and showed her to the guest room and asked him to make sure that she settles comfortably and waited downstairs for him in the kitchen, warming up a glass of milk for him. He came downstairs and briefed her about the scenario and added that he shall be taking her to the hospital tomorrow morning.
