The next article was about brain tumor and the picture which triggered her memory about Akshar was a before picture of a guy before his brain surgery and she could see Pryag in the picture.

She literally froze unable to comprehend the reality that she has been dragged into and struggled really hard to fight her tears from touching her cheeks.
