Chapter 190

It was impossible, not knowing what was going on, and it has been more than 8 hours and no news from the doctors. Chari’s wife had a drained, as if a dementor from the Harry Potter movie had sucked up the life out of her. She looked around. There were eight others sitting in the waiting room other than Chari’s wife and herself. The women to her left had a mole on her cheek, big enough to be noticed. The way she was dressed indicated that she was fond of colors. She almost had all the colors of a rainbow incorporated into her clothing.

Right opposite to her was a man in his middle age, next to him was seated a young man who seemed to be in his early twenties. He shirt read, “Everyone likes a player and I am a player”, below that was a picture of a Casio, all in white on a black shirt, worn too much, clearly exhibiting its stress. He didn’t seem to care about anything that was going on, but seemed more interested in the girl sitting at the rear end of the room, looking out the window.

She was dressed in a Crochet-Inset Cardigan top in off-white and striped Skirt in gray. The fresh stripes made it look very sweet on her slender body. She guessed it to be Calvin Klein, but on second thought, she decided may be not. She looked worried, maybe sad or both. She had a cross on a silver chain on her neck, that she was holding in her hands and it looked like she was praying for someone. Diya realized, that almost everyone in the room is probably concerned or worried for their loved ones.
